How to get a refund

Sign in, open your subscription page and choose Get a refund. The refund is issued right away for the full amount of your latest payment, as long as it was made in the last 14 days.

What happens next

Your subscription ends at once and Tukanu goes back to the free plan on your computers: every format still converts, one file at a time. Your account and computers stay as they are, and you can subscribe again whenever you like.

When the money arrives

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t refund part of a period, unless the law where you live requires it.

If the button isn’t there

The one-click refund works once per account. For a second refund, a charge you don’t recognize, or any other problem with a payment, write to us through the support page and we’ll take care of it.

Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund from us is faster, and a dispute suspends the account until it’s resolved.
